Hello and welcome! Here is what you can expect from our experience together:

General Terms ♡

  • By requesting the commission, you are accepting my Terms of Service.

  • All commissions are for personal use only.

  • Watermark will not be removed.

  • The client must credit the artist when sharing or displaying artwork.

Requirements for Commission ♡

  • Must complete the commission form.

Payment ♡

  • All prices are in USD.

  • Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.

  • Payment is accepted through Paypal.

Revisions ♡

  • Only two revisions are allowed during the sketching phase.

  • A 50% fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing (like changing the subject(s) hairstyle, body pose, clothes, and etc.) - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.

The Process & Delivery ♡

  • The commission will not start until the full or half the payment and the commission form is done. You must send me reference photos (the more specific the better).

  • I will keep you updated about the progress of the piece with included images such as sketches and thumbnails. They will be sent to the client for approval before moving forward with the piece.

  • Weekly updates will be provided throughout project duration.

  • Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution PDF image sent via email. Note that there is no physical product.

Copyright & Usage ♡

  • I, "Wazzitooya" (the artist):

  • Retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

  • Reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well.

  • You (the customer/commissioner):

  • You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.

  • You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, making prints for selling, etc.)

  • You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).

  • You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.

Cancellation & Refund policy ♡

  • The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.

  • I am committed to your project. If I cannot complete it, I will issue a refund.

  • If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.

  • The kill fee for canceling the commission after work has begun is 50% of the commission's price. The client then receives the work as is.

  • If the buyer wishes to cancel the commission after the work has started, the buyer can be issued a refund but agrees to pay the kill fee.

  • Paypal specific:

  • If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.

Step 2 ♡

  • Once you have completed the commission form, please reach out to me via email!

  • You can say that you have completed the commission form.

Step 3 ♡

  • Within a day, I will reply to you and we can discuss more details!

Step 4 ♡

  • You're all good!

  • Pay the 100% upfront or 50% upfront to start the commission.

  • When you have completed the ordering process, you can message me through social media DM or email!
